4 Account Registration & Security

7 Game Rules, Fairness & RNG

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the uk999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the uk999 platform without prior written consent.
• Use the uk999 brand, logo, or any platform assets in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any uk999 platform software.

Unauthorised use of uk999's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action in addition to account closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uk999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Decisions made by regulatory or governmental authorities that affect the availability of the platform in any jurisdiction.
• Any harm caused by your own violation of these Terms, including loss of funds resulting from account closure due to breach.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

uk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Inactive account fees may apply as published in the cashier terms.

• Direction by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, uk999 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
